Reservations Agent

Eva Bay hotel in Adelianos Kampos Rethymno (Vrontakis Resorts group) would like to hire Reception Agent.

Main Responsibilities

• Managing the operations of the housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance departments
• Ensure high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction. 
• Manage reservations for whole group, deals and payments. 
• Coordinate, train and oversee the daily activities of departmental staff.
• Monitor department performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
• Working following the budget and overview income and expenses.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the rooms division department.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Knowledge of  Hotelizer Hotel Reservation System and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages (ie. German, Russian, etc.)  will be considered as an asset.
