Main responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer services.
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant.
- Prepare cocktails.
- Prepare all beverages for breakfast.
- Keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
- Greet customers and present menus.
- Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff.
- Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines.
- Attention to detail
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as a bartender or barista
- Experience with a cash register and any ordering information system
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Customer-centric
Skills required
- Proven work experience as a bartender or barista
- Flexible work hours
- Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult customers.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Team spirit
- Food safety training is a plus (HACCP)
