The Demand Creator we are looking for Bayer’s team will:

• Demonstrate and provide information, knowledge, and support on promoted products/services to farmers with the main focus on seeds, according to territory planning goals and action list
• Engage with farmers, using available promotional tools, communicating the value proposition of our solutions, and increasing awareness and interest at the farmer level
• Support seed development and demonstration activities on the field according to the territory plan
• Report development and respective outcomes of agreed action plans

The ideal candidate will be expected to have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree from a university with a strong preference in Agriculture
• A Master’s Degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business Administration (MBA), Economics, or any other relevant field is considered an asset
• Previous working experience as a promoter/ sales representative/ technical advisor/development in the agricultural industry and especially in the seeds marketplace is considered an asset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient digital/IT skills – Ability to quickly adopt new technologies (Excellent Office suite knowledge)
• Strong fluency in Greek and English (both written and verbal)
• Traveling required
• Customer focus mindset and ability to understand differentiated customer needs
• Very good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Efficient planning, organizing, and time management skills, self-motivation, learning mindset, and teamwork
• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas in a credible and transparent manner (verbal, written)
• Excellent presentation and influencing skills and passion to deliver great results
• Self-motivation along with an innovative and problem-solving attitude.
