Randstad, on behalf of a leading food industry company in Larisa, is seeking a talented and driven Export Sales Customer Representative for their export sales team.

The Export Sales Customer Representative will have the below responsibilities:

• Handle all client inquiries and provide product/order information
• Manage and ensure the timely processing and delivery of export orders
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain detailed records
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Production, Logistics, Quality) for smooth operations
• Prepare reports and support commercial/export projects
• Oversee project management tasks, including labels and packaging, from order confirmation to final loading

For the Export Sales Customer Representative role you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree will be an asset
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position within food exports/FMCG
• Strong background in project management
• Excellent English (written & spoken)
• MS Office proficiency
• Strong organizational and  communication skills
• Results-driven with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
