Yiamas F&B Operations Ltd is recruiting to join our Greek restaurant team in Malta. We are looking for friendly, reliable hospitality professionals who speak Greek and English and enjoy delivering excellent guest service.
SECTION SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities
- Manage an allocated restaurant section and ensure consistent service standards.
- Guide and support waiters and runners during each shift.
- Recommend dishes and wines and encourage appropriate upselling.
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.
- Coordinate service with the kitchen and management.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, table presentation and organisation.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a head waiter or section supervisor.
- Good spoken Greek and English.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient during busy service.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Pay: €10 gross per hour.

INTERVIEW & PAID TRIAL
Candidates who successfully complete an initial interview will be invited to Malta for a paid one-week trial before a formal employment offer is made. Flight tickets and accommodation for the trial will be provided by the company.
ELIGIBILITY
Preference will be given to Greek-speaking candidates with EU citizenship and a valid EU passport. Greek-speaking non-EU candidates may also be considered, subject to work permit requirements.
