We are looking for a professional based in Thessaloniki, that will be working on a shift of 10:30-19:00, on a non-fixed contract.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Update shipment information in the company's ERP system using shipping documents
- Check shipment photos to make sure they match the shipping documents
- Review product photos to ensure the products meet the required quality standards
- Report any missing information or issues with shipments to the responsible team
- Submit the Verified Gross Mass (VGM) to shipping lines through digital shipping platforms, carrier websites, or email.
- Cooperate with colleagues in order to ensure an excellent customer service
