Are you a Tourism graduate pursuing or aiming to pursue a career in HR Consulting? Would you like to combine your exposure in the Hospitality industry with your passion for the human factor & sales?

As a Recruitment Consultant in our Hospitality & Tourism specialty, you will strive for the opportunity to create the perfect match between well-known hotel chain brands & hospitality professionals while developing new business under the Randstad brand on the beautiful island of Crete.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • new business development
  • maintain client relationships & contract management
  • end-to-end candidate management including;
  1. screening & assessing candidates for appropriate positions
  2. conduct interviews and assess candidates suitable for clients
  3. coordinate interviews with clients
  4. writing and publishing job adverts

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

As a Recruitment Consultant in our Hospitality & Tourism team, the minimal criteria to be a suitable candidate to join Randstad:
  • Ideally, you will be a graduate in HR or Tourism field
  • Excellent communication skills, in both Greek & English
  • Digital literacy
  • Previous Hospitality, as well as HR or Sales experience, is a plus.

The Stages of our Recruitment Process
