The responsibilities for the Facilities Specialist include:
- Coordinate and supervise Hard Services subcontractors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) for both planned and ad hoc works
- Respond to and organize the repair of technical failures, including during and outside of regular working hours
- Organize, monitor, and manage preventive maintenance contracts and use the CMMS effectively
- Draft and review technical specifications, reports, and tender documents for projects and procurements
- Conduct on-site material measurements, verify completed work, and prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports
- Source material quotations, prepare small-scale work proposals, and manage related invoices
- Strong technical understanding of all building Hard Services (HVAC, elevators, plumbing, landscaping, etc.)
- Ensure strict adherence to Quality, Health, Safety (QHS) standards, including PPE use, and internal regulations
