German Client Service Experts (Thessaloniki-hybrid)

Manpower Group Greece, on behalf of its client is looking for a passionate Client Service Expert who will raise the bar of the customers’ experience standards!

The ideal Candidate should:

• Retain a high level of customer service to clients at all times.
• Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised via inbound calls, mail, and online chat for customers to resolve any issues.
• Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database.
• Be able to offer recommendations to common problems or FAQs (frequently asked questions)

• Fluency in German language.
• Very good PC skills
• Previous experience in the field will be considered as an asset.
• Genuinely excited to respond to customers’ queries and problem-solving oriented.
• Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and passionately communicative.
• Flexibility in working full-time / in shifts
