On behalf of our client, a fast-growing company in the real estate sector, we are seeking a dedicated Viewing Specialist to join their dynamic team in Athens.

As a Viewing Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Schedule and conduct on-site property viewings for interested prospective clients.
• Present real estate properties professionally, highlighting key features and providing accurate property information.
• Deliver a high-quality client experience, acting as the primary ambassador for the company's brand on-site.
• Collect structured feedback and initial client inquiries during viewings and log them into the company's CRM system.
• Coordinate daily viewing schedules and update property managers and real estate advisors on visit outcomes.

To be successful as a Viewing Specialist, you should possess:

• Prior sales experience will be considered as a plus
• Excellent command of both Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of punctuality, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with smartphones, navigation tools, and CRM systems.
• A valid driver's license (Category B) or ease of local movement across Athens.
