About the Role:
As an IT Digital Commerce Analyst,
you will be responsible for supporting the delivery, maintenance, and
continuous improvement of KAFKAS’ digital platforms across B2B and B2C
domains.
You will coordinate project activities, align internal and
external stakeholders, and ensure operational excellence across all
digital initiatives.
You will play a key role in driving clarity
across projects, tracking progress, supporting testing and validation
processes, and ensuring that platform deliveries meet business
expectations and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the delivery and evolution of our digital platforms (B2B
& B2C), ensuring alignment between business needs and technical
solutions.
- Collaborate closely with business units,
project managers, and vendors to translate functional requirements into
clear and actionable plans.
- Manage the day-to-day
coordination of internal and external stakeholders across digital
initiatives, tracking progress, identifying blockers, and escalating
issues when necessary.
- Maintain structure and visibility across project streams by tracking timelines, dependencies, and risks.
- Review and validate business and technical specifications, ensuring completeness and feasibility before implementation.
- Organize and facilitate meetings and workshops to drive alignment, ownership, and timely delivery of actions.
- Participate in architectural and technical discussions, supporting the bridge between business goals and technology strategies.
- Support testing, user acceptance processes, and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards.
- Monitor the performance of digital platforms, gather feedback, and
contribute improvement ideas based on data and best practices.
- Contribute to the definition and execution of the digital roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in IT project coordination or digital
platform delivery, preferably in eCommerce, retail, or B2B environments.
- Strong understanding of systems architecture, integrations, and
digital/web technologies (technical background is considered a plus but
not mandatory).
- Experience coordinating the delivery of complex digital initiatives and working with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with B2B and B2C business models and customer-facing technologies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, both in Greek and English.
- Analytical thinking and high attention to detail; ability to review specifications and requirements effectively.
- Proactive, self-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with project collaboration tools (e.g., Jira,
Confluence, MS Teams) and familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices is a
plus.
