DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the service team to ensure smooth, timely, and professional service throughout each shift
• Assist in preparing tables and service areas to the highest standards
• Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently
• Respond to guest needs with a friendly, respectful, and guest-centric approach
• Collaborate closely with waiters, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and back-of-house service areas
• Stay informed on the daily menu and communicate basic dish and beverage details to guests if required
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or the Restaurant Manager

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

• Prior experience as assistant waiter in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or a high-volume restaurant setting is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certificate in hospitality or a related field is a plus
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Ability to collaborate effectively with the service team, kitchen, and other staff to ensure smooth operations
• Attentive, reliable, and capable of handling guest needs and minor issues with professionalism
