Human’s Pulse, on behalf of its client – an architectural firm operating in Mykonos and Athens – is seeking an Architectural Office Support professional to assist in both technical and administrative tasks.
With offices in Mykonos and Athens, the firm specializes in architectural design and the planning of high-aesthetic spaces. The main volume of projects is based in Mykonos, while in Athens the firm selectively undertakes complex and demanding projects. Its portfolio focuses on residences, villas, hotels, restaurants, and other related commercial spaces.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing support in administrative and back-office tasks (communication with contractors and suppliers, project data recording, and file organization)
- Editing and updating 3D drawings and floor plans (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit)
- Creating and updating building diagrams and related technical documentation
- Assisting in the preparation of project presentations and technical files
- Participating in site measurements and on-site visits
Requirements
- Degree in one of the following fields: Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Design, Interior Architecture, or another related discipline (University/College/Technical Institute)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar or related position within an architectural or engineering firm
- Very good knowledge of AutoCAD and experience in 3D design (e.g. SketchUp or Revit)
- Familiarity with building diagrams and technical drawings
- Ability to participate in on-site measurements, when required
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset
