Are you a highly qualified and talented Legal associate? Do you have quantifiable experience in drafting corporate agreements and due diligence? If you have 2-3 years experience as a Legal associate in commercial, corporate and civil law cases in the legal department of an organized company or equivalent in a law firm, this could be the ideal position for you.Read on & apply now!

As a Legal Associate, some of your main tasks will include:

  • Drafting corporate agreements.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and amending a wide range of contracts, including Sale and Purchase agreements, Lease and Service agreements, Shareholders agreements, etc.
  • Conducting due diligence.
  • Participating in M&A transactions.
  • Assisting in the establishment of legal entities.
  • Providing legal advice regarding business operations and new project investments.
  • Liaising with government authorities in the preparation and completion of all legal documentation.
  • Handling other corporate tasks.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The requirements for the Legal associate role are:
  • Postgraduate Degree in Law and license to practice law
  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience as a legal associate
  • Ability to communicate with clients in English (both verbally and in writing); Ability to write opinion and report in English
  • Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other business related software
  • Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills
  • Strong academic record
