Asset Management Specialist

The Asset Management Specialist is responsible to:

• Stock management, including monitoring & reporting of assets stock
• Coordinating assets returns from the Market in cooperation with Sales
• Receiving & validating requests from Sales for new assets installations
• Cooperating with Sales to resolve various issues coming from the Market relevant to assets
• Cooperating with Procurement to find and evaluate new service providers
• Coordinating assets withdrawal & write off procedure in cooperation with Finance
• Creating, updating and producing reports for Asset Management
• Providing professional advice and support to Head of Supply Chain on assets

The Asset Management Specialist should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Sciences or Business Administration or equivalent
• Fluency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office; at least basic user of an ERP, preferably SAP R3
• Solid knowledge of data analysis
• 2 years’ experience in a relevant role, preferably in a FMCG company
• Ability to work in international and multicultural environment
• Multitasking

• Analytical thinking

• Effective collaboration

• Time management
