About the job
Entertainment: Sound & Lighting Technician
Locations: Greece: Corfu, Kos, Halkidiki, Crete
Duration: 7 months, between March-November

Responsibilities:
- Sound & Lighting Operation: Operate sound and lighting consoles during rehearsals and live performances to ensure professional audio and visual quality.
- Equipment Setup & Configuration: Set up, test, and configure all audio and lighting equipment to meet the technical requirements of each event.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during shows to maintain seamless performance flow.
- Live Performance Support: Support live music and DJ setups, including microphone checks, soundchecks, and sound level adjustments.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect, maintain, and ensure the proper functioning of all technical gear including speakers, consoles, lights, and cables.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Technical Team on programming, pre-visualization, and inventory organization to optimize performance quality.
- On-site Event Support: Provide hands-on technical assistance to performers and guarantee the smooth execution of all resort entertainment events.
About you
You have experience in live sound, DJ operations, or event technical support within hospitality or entertainment environments. You possess strong knowledge of audio, lighting, and technical equipment setup and operation, ensuring smooth event execution. You are able to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently, maintaining high performance standards under pressure. You are a collaborative team player with strong communication and organizational skills, contributing to seamless and professional event experiences.
