Payroll Officer

lmw is seeking a versatile Payroll Officer, on behalf of a leading Pharmaceutical Association, to join the dynamic and fast-paced team.

Responsibilities:

• Process all payroll information for the accurate calculation and timely distribution of payments to all employees
• Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, work schedules, COVID related issues)
• Manage time attendance and Ergani system
• Organize and maintain personnel records
• Respond to employees queries about Payroll-related issues
• Complete hiring process (contact employees, document collection and check, relevant reporting)
• Gather and examine timesheets to ensure their validity
• Prepare and distribute hard copy or electronic paychecks and distribute data files timely to appropriate departments
• Perform all tasks well before the pay run to ensure that staff members are compensated and notified on time
• Perform back office duties - organize relevant information in Excel files, set proper reminders, conduct filing

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• 2+ years progressive payroll experience is required
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, as well as ability to quickly learn other computer applications
• Adequate Knowledge of EPR Systems and Ergani Information System
