Warehouse & Supply Management: Quality Inspector
Locations: Greece: Halkidiki
Duration: 7 months, between March-November
At Sani/Ikos Group, the Warehouse department is where precision meets efficiency. From Warehouse Managers to Quality Inspectors and Warehouse Workers, our team ensures that goods are received, stored, and distributed with accuracy and care. Working together, they maintain smooth operations across the supply chain, upholding strict quality and safety standards at every stage.
Responsibilities:
- Inspection & Evaluation: Conduct regular inspections of products, materials, or services to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications.
- Testing & Measurement: Perform tests, measurements, and audits using appropriate tools and techniques to verify quality, accuracy, and reliability.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of inspection results, prepare reports, and communicate findings to management for corrective actions.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all processes meet regulatory, safety, and internal quality requirements; monitor adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify defects, process inefficiencies, or potential risks and provide recommendations for quality improvements
About you
You have previous experience as a quality inspector, quality control officer, or in a similar role, and you are confident working within structured quality processes. You communicate fluently in English and are comfortable using MS Office to document and manage your work. You have a strong understanding of quality standards, testing methods, and inspection procedures, and you apply them consistently to ensure compliance and accuracy. A Food Safety Management Systems certification is desirable and reflects your commitment to maintaining high standards in quality and safety.
