We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Business Applications & SQL Support Specialist to join our IT team and support the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our business systems.

Your Role
- You will support and improve our business-critical applications, including ERP, warehouse management, and sales systems.
- Your main focus will be on SQL-based troubleshooting, application support, data accuracy, and resolving day-to-day system issues, working closely with our IT team and business departments.
- You will also have the opportunity to expand your knowledge of ERP and WMS solutions while participating in projects that improve business processes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide technical and functional support for ERP, WMS, and other business applications.
- Investigate and troubleshoot application issues, identifying root causes and implementing or coordinating effective solutions.
- Use SQL queries for data analysis, reporting, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Support data accuracy and consistency across business systems.
- Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and other departments to understand operational needs and resolve system-related issues.
- Assist with application integrations, system enhancements, and process improvements.
- Work with external software providers when specialized technical support is required.
- Document solutions and provide guidance to internal users.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of experience supporting ERP, WMS, or other business applications.
- Good hands-on SQL knowledge, including queries, joins, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to investigate technical issues and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- A collaborative, proactive, and service-oriented approach.
- It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Experience with SAP Business One, TracePro, Entersoftone SFA, or similar applications.
- Familiarity with warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing processes.
- Experience with APIs, application integrations, or data exchange between systems.
