Cooks A’, B’, C’

Responsibilities:

• Preparation, cooking, and presentation of food according to the resort’s recipes and standards
• Portioning, cutting, and ensuring proper storage and quality control of ingredients
• Correct use of kitchen equipment and tools
• Monitoring and ensuring the correct temperature of prepared dishes
• Ensuring accurate portioning, plating, and garnish presentation
• Compliance with Food Hygiene & Safety regulations
• Participation in maintaining cleanliness and sanitization of the kitchen according to guidelines
• Collaborating with the Chef and the rest of the kitchen team with a spirit of teamwork
• Proper completion and maintenance of HACCP forms and work instructions

• Diploma in Culinary Arts
• Previous experience in a similar position is desirable (experience in 4* or 5* hotels will be considered an asset)
• Very good knowledge of Greek and English
• Previous experience as a cook is preferred
• Professional diploma from a recognized culinary school
• Excellent knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine
• Familiarity with HACCP principles
• Creativity, enthusiasm, professionalism, and passion for culinary arts
• Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, and a positive attitude
