Crystal S.A., a leading manufacturer specializing in professional plug-in refrigerators and freezers, is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Manager to join our dynamic team in Nea Santa, Kilkis.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of QA/QC Specialists and the activities of Incoming Materials QC, Production Quality Inspections, and Finished Products QC
- Collaborate with suppliers to meet the quality requirements of raw materials
- Develop and implement QC procedures and evaluation criteria to ensure product compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are properly documented to maintain product quality
- Develop monthly reports for non-conformities of incoming materials, processes, and finished products. Follow up on corrective and preventive actions
- Identify quality issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams on product quality improvement initiatives (PDCA)
- Run and review product inspections and test plans for quality issues
- Follow up on calibration and maintenance procedures of QC equipment
- Liaise with external collaborators and third parties to ensure quality audits and QMS certification activities are successfully conducted
Required Qualifications:
- BSc or MSc in Engineering or an equivalent degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent command of written and spoken Greek and English
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 / 14001 management systems
