INGROUP, on behalf of its client, a leading multinational company in the architectural and construction materials industry, is seeking an experienced 

Business Development Manager 

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a network of architects, designers, contractors, dealers, and key industry stakeholders.

Identify and develop new business opportunities and project leads across Greece.

Manage and grow strategic accounts while building long-term customer relationships.

Promote the company's products and solutions to architectural, commercial, residential, and construction projects.

Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and achievement of commercial objectives.

Travel extensively throughout Greece (approximately 50% of the month).

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Project Sales, or a similar commercial role.

Previous experience within the building materials, architectural products, ceramics, tiles, construction, or related industries will be considered a strong asset.

Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Greece.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
