Store Manager (Flagship Store – Athens)
Candidate Requirements & Profile:
We are seeking a highly professional and results-oriented Local Greek National to lead the daily operations of our first retail branch.
The ideal candidate must possess:
- Professional Background: Proven management experience in large-scale retail environments or hypermarkets.
- Candidates with prior experience at major chains such as JUMBO, Sklavenitis, or international big-box retailers are highly preferred.
- Operational Expertise: Strong capabilities in floor management, inventory control, team leadership, and ensuring excellence in customer service.
- Language Skills: Native Greek fluency is essential, complemented by professional proficiency in English to ensure smooth communication with the corporate headquarters.
- Leadership Traits: A proactive mindset with the ability to manage the full lifecycle of a new store opening and drive performance in a fast-paced retail setting.
