ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, a dynamically growing Greek cosmetics manufacturing company with strong international activity, is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as a:

 

Sales Director / Thessaloniki (6222/SD/ESS/GR)

About the Role:

The Sales Director will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s commercial strategy, driving sales growth across domestic and international markets, and leading the sales team to achieve ambitious business objectives. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and proven experience in business development and international sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement the company’s sales and commercial strategy
  • Develop and expand sales networks
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of commercial targets and KPIs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and business opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Production, and Supply Chain departments
  • Contribute to new product commercialization and go-to-market strategies
  • Prepare sales forecasts and manage sales budgets
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Candidate Profile:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • A Master’s degree will be considered an asset
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior sales management role
  • Previous experience within the cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG industry will be highly appreciated
  • Proven track record in export sales and international market development
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
  • Availability for frequent business travel in Greece and abroad
  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
