Chef de Cuisine
The role:
Domes Miramare, a luxury adults-only resort and a distinguished member of the Domes Resorts collection, is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Cuisine to lead its culinary team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a creative and driven professional to deliver outstanding dining experiences while upholding the highest standards of quality, innovation, and luxury hospitality.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the kitchen and all culinary outlets.
- Design, develop, and execute menus that reflect the resort's luxury positioning and culinary vision.
- Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire the kitchen team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous development.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in compliance with HACCP requirements.
- Monitor food costs, inventory, purchasing, and labor expenses to achieve budgetary targets.
- Collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team to create memorable gastronomic experiences and special events.
- Stay informed about culinary trends, techniques, and ingredients to continuously enhance the resort's offerings.
