Network Operations Engineer

We are looking for a Network Operations Engineer to join the dynamic team of Vodafone Greece.

Job Description

The role is responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level technical support for services delivered to Vodafone SME & Corporate customers, ensuring high service quality, SLA compliance, and customer satisfaction.

• Act as the first point of contact for corporate customers, handling inbound calls related to technical issues.
• Manage and resolve technical customer issues across a wide portfolio of services, including Fixed, ICT and IoT services.
• Perform 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting, identifying root causes and restoring services in line with agreed SLAs.
• Provide technical phone support to field technicians during on-site customer visits.
• Monitor network circuits and services, with a focus on VIP customers, ensuring proactive issue detection and resolution.
• Escalate complex incidents to 3rd level support when required, especially in cases of SLA violation.

• At least 1 year of experience in technical support on fixed services
• University or College degree in network or telecommunications field
• Very good knowledge in xDSL/ VoiP/ FTTH technology
• Very good level of Greek and English language (oral and written)
• Customer obsessed with emphasis on quality 
• Team player with analytical skills and high levels of self-motivation & “can do” attitude
