Financial Controller

Job Description

• Organize and manage all finance and accounting operations for the Greek branch in accordance with local regulations and Group requirements
• Oversee monthly revenue calculations and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Prepare financial reports and support the preparation of consolidated financial statements
• Contribute to budgeting processes and financial planning activities
• Implement and monitor expense control procedures in line with Group policies and guidelines
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of external accounting partners
• Liaise with external auditors and support audit procedures
• Manage documentation flow, including contracts, supplier agreements and corporate documentation

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience
• Very good knowledge of Greek accounting and tax legislation
• Good understanding of IFRS and consolidation principles
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
