Junior Accountant

Job Description:

• Handles AP Invoices posting

• Handles AP Payments execution

• Manages the employee expense reports (control & payment)

• Manages the "MY DATA" reconciliation following Local greek law

• Manages petty cash and perform the PC reconciliation

• Manages prepayments to suppliers and perform the GL reconciliation

• Trades payables reconciliation

• Suppliers communication and reconciliation

• Manages bank accounts and perform the Bank reconciliation

• Posts General entries & adjustments

• Manages Inventory entries and perform the GL reconciliation

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

• Minimum (2) years of accounting or Accounts Payable experience.

• Knowledge of General Ledger, reconciliations and month-end closing.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and strong Excel skills.

• Knowledge of Greek accounting regulations and MyDATA.

• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and organizational skills.
