Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers to provide guidance on customs regulations
Support & update import operations and documentation processes
Conduct pre-alert screenings of paperwork
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in systems
Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards
Assist with reporting and resolve routine operational issues
Apply best practices and perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Requirements
Vocational / Technical education or relevant certification
Excellent command of English Language (written and spoken)
Experience with MS Office and computer systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of customs processes (preferred)
Good communication and teamwork skills
