We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing and Content Specialist with a passion for design to be part of our team. In this role, you'll craft compelling content and lead digital marketing efforts that align with our aesthetic and values. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop campaigns, manage content across channels (social media, email, blog, web), and ensure brand consistency throughout.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Management:
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and materials.
- Overseeing, οorganizing, storing, and managing content assets using content management systems (CMS) on all three websites (WordPress)
- Managing the Social Media content calendars, ensuring timely publication, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Content Creation:
- Developing various forms of content, including blog posts, articles, social media, website copy & photos, email campaigns, and more.
- Collaborating and managing the relationship with the creative agency.
Content Performance Analysis:
- Monitoring content performance, analyzing metrics, and making data-driven adjustments to optimize campaigns.
Competition & Trend Monitoring:
- Monitoring marketing metrics, consumer insights, competitor activities and industry trends to refine strategies and improve ROI across all marketing activities.
Seo Optimization:
- Ensuring content is optimized for search engines to improve visibility and organic traffic.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communications.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role.
- Experienced in using Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office and CMS platforms (WordPress and WooCommerce)
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Strong writing and editing skills are essential for creating compelling and engaging content.
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google ads, Brevo/Mailchimp.
- Ability to track and analyze content performance data.
- Capability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with teams and stakeholders.
- Fluent in both Greek and English, with excellent communication skills—written and verbal
