Alia Palace Luxury Hotel & Villas in Pefkohori, Halkidiki is seeking to hire for the 2026 season:

Cooks A’, B’, C’

We are looking for passionate and creative chefs who love gastronomy and wish to grow in an international, high-standard environment. If you want to develop your skills and contribute to memorable culinary experiences for our guests, we invite you to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation, cooking, and presentation of food according to the resort’s recipes and standards.
  • Portioning, cutting, and ensuring proper storage and quality control of ingredients.
  • Correct use of kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Monitoring and ensuring the correct temperature of prepared dishes.
  • Ensuring accurate portioning, plating, and garnish presentation.
  • Compliance with Food Hygiene & Safety regulations.
  • Participation in maintaining cleanliness and sanitization of the kitchen according to guidelines.
  • Collaborating with the Chef and the rest of the kitchen team with a spirit of teamwork.
  • Proper completion and maintenance of HACCP forms and work instructions.



Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Diploma in Culinary Arts.

Previous experience in a similar position is desirable (experience in 4* or 5* hotels will be considered an asset).
Very good knowledge of Greek and English.
Previous experience as a cook is preferred.
Professional diploma from a recognized culinary school.
Excellent knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine.
Familiarity with HACCP principles.
Creativity, enthusiasm, professionalism, and passion for culinary arts.
Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
