Diploma in Culinary Arts.
Previous experience in a similar position is desirable (experience in 4* or 5* hotels will be considered an asset).
Very good knowledge of Greek and English.
Previous experience as a cook is preferred.
Professional diploma from a recognized culinary school.
Excellent knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine.
Familiarity with HACCP principles.
Creativity, enthusiasm, professionalism, and passion for culinary arts.
Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
