Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Assistant, you will be entrusted with the following:
Experience Sales & Guest Engagement
- Prepare and manage tailor-made luxury experiences for resort guests
- Monitor and Coordinate the Sales Agents
- Monitor and Coordinate the execution of the program
- Manage daily workflows, Oversee program implementation, and Troubleshoot operational problems.
- Refer to Chief Sales Executive
- Replaces and Deputizes the Chief Sales Executive
Documentation & Administrative Excellence
- Prepare and organize all necessary operational and guest-related documentation
- Driving collaboration with OTAs and commercial partners
Luxury Brand Representation
- Serve as a brand ambassador of Grandeur, maintaining elegance, professionalism and impeccable service standards at all times
Compliance & Operational Standards
- Adhere strictly to company’s SOPs, ensuring seamless and safe operations
Team Coordination & Support
- Collaborate closely and effectively with Sales Agent to deliver exceptional experiences
- Contribute to a positive team culture that enhances daily workflow and guest satisfaction

Work Eligibility: Open to EU citizens or non-EU citizens with a full-time work permit
Experience: Previous experience in the industry is a plus but not required
Seasonal Commitment: Availability to work from April to November
