E-Commerce Specialist

Lili Drogerie, a rapidly growing cosmetics company, is expanding its team and is currently looking for an E-Commerce Specialist.

Role Description

We are currently seeking a full-time, on-site E-Commerce Specialist to join our team and support our continued growth. The role reports to E-Commerce Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing orders, creating receipts and packaging products
• Creating product descriptions and gathering accurate data
• Image editing
• Phone customer support
• CMS management
• Content update in CMS and ERP
• Proofreading

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication, copywriting and research skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
• Exceptional command of language, grammar, spelling and punctuation
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of image editing tools
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel
• Experience working with CMS platforms
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
• Familiarity with the beauty industry
