Night Auditor

The Met Hotel, a five-star hotel in Thessaloniki, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join its Front Office team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours, combining attentive guest service with accurate financial and administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office operations during the night shift, ensuring a seamless guest experience
• Handle guest arrivals, departures, requests and inquiries with professionalism and discretion
• Perform daily financial reconciliations, verify transactions and complete night audit procedures
• Prepare daily operational and financial reports for hotel management
• Monitor overnight activities and coordinate with relevant departments to address operational matters
• Ensure compliance with hotel procedures, service standards and security protocols

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a Front Office or Night Auditor position, preferably in an upscale hotel environment
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a high level of reliability
• Confidence in handling financial transactions and administrative responsibilities
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment and remain composed under pressure
• Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office
• Availability to work overnight shifts
