retail and technology sector, is seeking a Marketing Operations Associate.

🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 09:30 – 18:00

What you will do:
The role supports the operational execution of product- and promotion-related marketing activities, as well as marketing social media operations support. It ensures that products required for marketing purposes across all channels and activations are coordinated, fulfilled, tracked, and reported accurately, while supporting the execution of approved social media publishing activities.
More specifically:
- Coordinate marketing product shipment needs across channels and activations (e.g. campaigns, partnerships, placements, promotions)
- Support fulfillment of products required for marketing initiatives, including samples and product allocations
- Ensure all product-related marketing activities are executed within approved budgets and guidelines
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, and Demand Planning teams to ensure product availability, accurate forecasting, and timely picking, packing, and shipment of marketing materials
- Collaborate with Legal and Communications teams to ensure the compliant and effective execution of marketing activities and campaigns
- Create, document, and maintain operational processes related
- to marketing product shipments
- Build and manage timelines and checklists for promotional and
- product-related marketing activities.
- Ensure consistent application of approved processes and
- governance standards
- Track and monitor products allocated for marketing activities, maintaining accurate records, usage reports, and fulfillment status (what was sent, when, and to whom) for internal visibility and control
- Support social media operations by scheduling and publishing approved content according to content calendars, ensuring timely execution across platforms
- Upload assets and configure platform requirements, including tags, links, UTMs, and formats, in line with established guidelines and approved materials.
