- Organize, supervise, and manage the daily operations of the kitchen.
- Develop, design, and update menus in line with current culinary trends and market demands.
- Lead, motivate, and train the kitchen team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of raw materials, food preparation, and final presentation.
- Manage kitchen budgets, food costs, inventory, and purchasing processes.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Collaborate with management to enhance culinary offerings and operational efficiency.
