Head Pastry Chef

PAUL is one of the world's leading French bakery, pastry and café brands, operating in more than 30 countries. We are seeking an experienced Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry production and innovation across all PAUL stores in Athens.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Pastry Department across all PAUL Greece locations.
• Develop new pastry recipes and seasonal products.
• Ensure quality, consistency and presentation of all products.
• Oversee production, quality control and continuous improvement.
• Implement PAUL recipes and Product Bible standards.
• Plan production schedules and manage raw materials.
• Recruit, train and develop the pastry team.
• Ensure HACCP and food safety compliance.

Candidate Profile

•         Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Chef.
•          Strong leadership and production management skills.
•          Excellent knowledge of French pastry production.
•          Creativity and attention to detail.
•          Good English and computer skills.
•         Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety.

Compensation & Benefits

•          Net monthly salary: €1,350
•          €150 Edenred meal card every month
•          €150 monthly transportation / expense allowance

•          Retention Bonus: €200 gross after 3 months and €300 gross after 6 months
