Beach Attendant

The team at Simantro Resort, located in the Sani area of Halkidiki, is looking to recruit a Beach Attendant to join its staff, contributing to the daily and seamless Greek hospitality experience for our guests.

Duties:

• Setting up and taking down beach chairs, umbrellas, and other equipment.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the beach area by picking up litter and ensuring waste bins are emptied.
• Monitoring beach activities to ensure guest safety and enforcing beach rules and regulations.
• Reporting any hazards or maintenance issues to management.
• Assisting in organizing and facilitating beach events and activities.
• Interacting with guests to provide information and enhance their beach experience.

• Previous experience working in a similar outdoor or customer service role will be considered an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Multilingual abilities.
• Knowledge of beach and water safety procedures.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move beach equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
