ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, a leading multinational company providing technology solutions and business services, seeking an ERP Sales Executive to join the Sales team, in Bucharest,Romania.

                                                       ERP Sales Executive (6221/ESE/ESS/RO)

Responsibilities:

  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns. 
  • Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. 
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services. 
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. 
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. 
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. 
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives. 
  • Establish and maintain long-term client business relationships. 
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. 
  • Generate new business opportunities.  
  • Identify industry decision makers and build relationships. 
  • Develop and establish partnerships with third party companies. 

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Requirements:

  • At least 2-5 years’ proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and oral.

  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. 
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  • Demonstrate ability to identify key sales opportunities with optimal outcomes. 
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals. 
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, ability to engage at different levels. 
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, goal oriented and results driven. 
  • Ability to travel.
