For the role of Design Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Lead and manage a team of (external) designers/subcontractors.
- Define design goals, processes, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, PMT and business teams.
- Review and approve design work and deliverables.
- Ensure consistency across design systems.
- Manage project timelines, priorities, and resources.
- Support performance reviews, evaluate existing and new (design)
subcontractors.
- Conduct user research and incorporate feedback into design decisions.
- Present design concepts and strategy to stakeholders.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in design practices.
