Italian Customer Service Agent

We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Italian Customer Representative to join our growing team in the exciting field of electric mobility and EV charging solutions.

In this role, you will support our Italian-speaking customers by providing high-quality assistance related to electric vehicle charging, charging stations, and related services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone
• Assist customers with inquiries related to electric vehicle charging, payments, charging stations, and respective applications
• Escalate more complex cases when necessary
• Guide users through the use of EV charging platforms and services
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering accurate and timely solutions
• Stay up to date with company products, services, and developments in the e-mobility sector

Required Qualifications

• Italian language: C2 level or native
• English language: C1 level or higher
• High school diploma (Lyceum or equivalent)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Desired Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or call centers
• Interest or experience in electric vehicles, renewable energy, or charging infrastructure
