Shift Leader

Are you a passionate sports enthusiast with a knack for retail leadership? We are looking for a dynamic Shift Leader to join a globally renowned sports retailer.

As a Shift Leader, your responsibilities will include:

• Lead the Floor: Run daily shifts, coordinate the team, and ensure smooth store operations.
• Customer Excellence: Drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service, and mentor junior team members to do the same.
• Merchandising & Stock: Maintain high commercial standards, ensuring products are well-displayed and stock levels are optimized.
• Opening/Closing Duties: Handle cash management, store security, and health & safety procedures during your shifts.

The ideal candidate for the position of Shift Leader will possess:

• Previous experience in a retail sales environment.
• Active passion for sports (such as trekking, sailing, football, or others)
• Strong active listening skills, with the ability to understand and effectively respond to your team's needs
• Highly fluent in English
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
• Customer-centric mindset, dedicated to resolving shopper inquiries, concerns, and complaints smoothly
• Driven by continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Eager to learn, grow, and develop new skills
