The Technical Manager will have the following responsibilities:

• Supervision & Maintenance: Responsible for the full supervision, maintenance, and upgrading of production equipment, machinery, and building facilities, ensuring the uninterrupted and smooth operation of the plant.
• Planning & Scheduling: Formulating, organizing, and implementing the preventive and corrective maintenance plan, as well as managing the inventory program for spare parts and necessary components.
• Financial Management: Planning, drafting, and strictly monitoring the technical department's annual budget.
• Quality Control & Troubleshooting: Continuously monitoring production quality, promptly detecting technical malfunctions, and taking immediate, effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Systematically recording, processing, and analyzing technical data and maintenance KPIs to draft reports and propose continuous process improvements.
• Team Management & Development: Guiding, motivating, evaluating, and continuously training the company’s technical staff.
• Health & Safety: Strictly monitoring and ensuring the proper implementation of all workplace health and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate for the Technical Manager position should possess the following:

• University or Technical Institution Degree (BSc/MSc) in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• A proven track record of at least 5 years in a similar managerial or supervisory role, exclusively within a food manufacturing industry environment.
• Deep knowledge and experience in maintenance, automation, and troubleshooting complex technical issues in production machinery and equipment.
• Full familiarity with international safety, quality, and hygiene standards governing food production.
• Excellent command of the English language and proficiency in MS Office and specialized engineering/maintenance software.
• Excellent organizational and team management skills.
