The Barista/Bartender plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, combining mixology expertise with premium coffee preparation, all while maintaining the highest service standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Mixology & Beverage Preparation
- Prepare a wide range of classic and signature cocktails with precision and creativity
- Craft espresso-based and specialty coffee beverages with consistency and attention to detail
- Innovate drink offerings while maintaining quality standards
2. Guest Service Excellence
- Provide outstanding service, anticipating guest needs and ensuring memorable experiences
- Build strong guest relationships and respond professionally to requests or complaints
3. Cleanliness & Sanitation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic bar and coffee station in accordance with hotel standards
- Follow all local health and safety regulations
4. Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor beverage and coffee supplies, ensuring accurate records and timely replenishment
- Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating stock according to hotel procedures
5. Teamwork & Coordination
- Collaborate with other F&B team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support colleagues during busy periods while maintaining a professional demeanor
