About the Role
A growing company in Piraeus, in the transportation sector, is looking for an Accounting Assistant to support its finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Check and enter invoices and receipts into the accounting software.
- Manage supplier payments.
- Check and match balances with customers and suppliers.
- Check and match bank accounts (statements).
- Cross-check transactions on the Greek myDATA platform.
- Organize and file documents in physical and digital folders.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting (University / College / IEK).
- Very good Excel skills.
- 6+ years of experience in a similar accounting position.
- Experience in creating reports is a plus.
- Good team player with strong organization and communication skills.
