ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of its client, a leading commercial company with strong market presence, is looking for an experienced professional for the position of Marketing Manager.

Marketing Manager (6218/MM/ESS/GR)

Role description:

• Design and implement the company’s integrated communication strategy and marketing plan aligned with business objectives and market insights.
• Coordinate and oversee omnichannel marketing initiatives across digital and offline platforms, ensuring a consistent and strong brand identity.
• Supervise the company’s e-shop and all digital content and social media presence.
• Plan and execute corporate events, trade fairs and other brand presence activities.
• Collaborate closely with the internal graphic designer as well as the product team to develop aligned marketing and communication materials.
• Oversee marketing budget and resources, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum ROI.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance and KPIs, providing actionable insights for optimization.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in a comparable managerial position within marketing and communications.
• Studies in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or relevant field will be a plus.
• Fluent in English both written & oral and PC literate.
• Strong experience in e-shop management, digital campaigns and performance marketing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail with strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Reliability and assertive determination to ensure delivery of results.
