Location: Corfu, Greece

The Role

As the Rooms Division Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all Rooms Division operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction. This key leadership role requires a strong hands-on approach, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate and manage multiple departments within a luxury resort environment. You will be responsible for driving departmental performance, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring seamless daily operations while leading teams towards operational excellence and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Guest Relations, ensuring seamless coordination and consistently high service standards
• Ensure full compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), luxury brand standards, and quality assurance requirements
• Lead, supervise, and evaluate departmental managers and their teams, ensuring operational efficiency, accountability, and high performance
• Monitor departmental KPIs, guest satisfaction scores, operational costs, and productivity, implementing corrective actions where necessary
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between Rooms Division departments and other operational areas of the resort
• Proactively manage guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional guest satisfaction
• Develop and implement operational strategies aimed at improving service quality, efficiency, and overall departmental performance
• Oversee departmental budgeting, cost control, workforce planning, and resource allocation to achieve operational and financial objectives
• Maintain a strong presence throughout the resort, conducting regular inspections and ensuring that facilities, guest rooms, and public areas consistently meet established standards
• Actively participate in recruitment, performance evaluations, succession planning, and the professional development of departmental team members
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives while promoting a culture of excellence, professionalism, and attention to detail

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field
• Proven experience in a Rooms Division Manager position or a comparable senior leadership role within a luxury resort or international 5-star hotel
• Comprehensive operational knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, and overall Rooms Division
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, multicultural teams and manage multiple departments in a demanding, high-volume hospitality environment
• Strong financial acumen, with proven experience in budgeting, cost control, productivity management, and departmental performance analysis
• In-depth understanding of luxury hospitality standards, quality assurance procedures, and guest experience management
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and hands-on management approach
• Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to perform effectively under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage challenging guest situations professionally and effectively
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Additional languages will be considered an advantage
• Advanced knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS), preferably Opera, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Commitment to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality

• Remuneration in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labor Agreement for Hotel Employees in Greece (net salary may vary from 2.200 – 2.500)
