As a Fleet Maintenance Administrator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, database tracking, and vehicle status logs through the following key duties:
- Maintenance & Repair Tracking: Administer, log, and monitor internal repairs, routine servicing, and technical inspections (MOT/KTEO) for all company vehicles and specialized equipment.
- Vehicle Flow Monitoring: Maintain daily administrative tracking of incoming and outgoing vehicles at the facility, monitoring their operational status and readiness.
- Database Management: Continuously maintain, update, and organize repair histories, maintenance logs, and schedules within the company database and spreadsheets.
- Administrative Coordination: Communicate with internal departments to ensure accurate record-keeping and optimal fleet availability.
