Role Description
The Logistics Coordinator role at Alinda is a full-time, on-site position based in headquarters office in Spata. This role is responsible for coordinating daily logistics operations, including managing inbound and outbound shipments, organizing transportation, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The Logistics Coordinator monitors inventory levels, updates relevant systems and documentation, and collaborates with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams to optimize supply chain processes. Daily tasks include resolving delivery issues, preparing shipping and customs documents as needed, and maintaining clear communication with managers to support smooth order fulfilment. The role also involves tracking key logistics metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting continuous process optimization to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to track logistics performance, interpret data, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication abilities to coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and customers.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve delivery issues, and maintain positive relationships.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management skills to oversee stock levels and support efficient product flow.
- Relevant experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations, ideally within industrial or food-related sectors.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Spata and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Vocational or higher education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
