Aliathon Resort – Paphos, Cyprus is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join its leadership team and lead the next phase of growth across its hospitality, conference, events and commercial operations. Operating year-round, Aliathon Resort is one of Cyprus’ leading hospitality destinations, offering hotel accommodation, apartment-style units, conference and event facilities, food & beverage outlets, and a vibrant commercial frontage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the resort’s sales and marketing strategy.
- Increase direct bookings and optimise channel performance.
- Strengthen brand positioning and market visibility.
- Manage digital marketing, social media, PR and promotional campaigns.
- Develop relationships with tour operators, travel partners, corporate clients and key accounts.
- Analyse market trends, competition and commercial performance.
- Lead and develop the sales and marketing team.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in hospitality sales and marketing.
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in digital marketing, distribution channels and revenue generation.
- Fluency in English. Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
